Orders

How do I place an order?


1. Browse our collection and add your desired item(s) to your cart.


2. Click the cart icon and review your order.


3. Click "Proceed to Checkout" and enter your shipping address.


4. Select your payment method and complete the purchase.


5. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is processed.



Can I cancel my order after placing it?


Yes — you have a 24-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase, provided your order has not yet entered fulfillment.

To cancel, email us immediately at info@hudsonrowe.com with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may initiate a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?


Address changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order, and only if fulfillment has not yet begun.

Please contact us immediately at info@hudsonrowe.com with your order number and the corrected address. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.


What size should I order?


Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend reviewing it carefully before ordering.

If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit. If you have any questions about specific measurements, contact us before placing your order — we're happy to help.


Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?


Here is what you can expect:


• Order processing: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)


• Transit time: 7–12 business days


• Estimated total delivery: 8–15 business days from order date


Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) on weekdays are eligible for same-day processing. For full details, visit our Shipping Policy.


Do you offer free shipping?


Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.


Where do you ship?


We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.


How do I track my order?


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

You can monitor your shipment on our Order Tracking page. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.


What if my tracking shows "delivered" but I haven't received my package?


If your tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please:


1. Check with neighbors, household members, or building management.


2. Contact your local carrier to file a formal non-delivery claim.


3. Obtain a claim reference number from the carrier.


4. File a police report if theft is suspected.


Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, responsibility for final-mile delivery rests with the carrier. We are unable to issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered unless the carrier formally acknowledges a delivery error.


What if my tracking hasn't updated in several days?


Tracking delays are normal during international transit, customs processing, or high-volume periods.

A delayed tracking update does not always affect your delivery date. If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us at info@hudsonrowe.com.


Are there any customs duties or import taxes?


No. For all domestic U.S. orders, your checkout total is final — there are no additional fees, tariffs, or charges at delivery.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?


We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. For full details, please visit our Refund & Return Policy.


How do I initiate a return?


1. Email us at info@hudsonrowe.com within 30 days of delivery.


2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, a brief reason, and photos of each side of the item(s).


3. Wait for our return authorization email — do not ship items before receiving instructions.


4. Pack the item securely and ship it using the address provided in the authorization email.


Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Who pays for return shipping?


If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, Hudson Rowe covers all return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns (wrong size, style preference, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.


Which items cannot be returned?


The following items are not eligible for return:


• Lingerie, swimwear, and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)


• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on the product page


• Gift cards


Can I exchange an item?


We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get the right item is to initiate a return and place a new order for the correct size or style.


When will I receive my refund?


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

If you haven't seen the refund after 14 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer directly.


My refund amount seems different from what I paid — why?


This may be due to the following:


• Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable


• Any applicable customs fees already incurred may be deducted at our discretion


• Restocking fees may apply in return-to-sender situations (15%)


What if I received a defective or damaged item?


Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hudsonrowe.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the defect. We will resolve the issue with a replacement, full refund, or store credit.


What if I received the wrong item?


We're sorry about that!

Email us at info@hudsonrowe.com immediately with your order number and photos of what you received. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Can I use a discount code?


Yes. Enter your discount code at checkout. Only one code can be applied per order.


Products

Will the product look exactly like the photos?


We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Please note that minor color variations may occur due to differences in screen resolution, monitor calibration, or lighting.

These variations are not considered defects. All product photos on Hudson Rowe are authentic and representative of the item.


Do you have a warranty on your products?


Yes. All purchases are covered by our 30-day guarantee. If you experience any issue with your item within this period, please contact us and we will find the best resolution.


I received my order but some items are missing — what should I do?


Some orders may be shipped in separate packages due to item availability or warehouse logistics. If your tracking shows all packages as delivered but items are still missing, contact us at info@hudsonrowe.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
